Ashland is in its winter hibernation; has been often in the 20’s at night and dry, other than the snow storm in early December thAt paralyzed roads for more than 2 weeks. Rain (and possible snow) has returned as of yesterday, but Mt. Ashland still has no base. Stay well!

Just so you know we are continuing our exploration of India vicariously now through you and your travels in the south. Noal and I relished our month there, adventure and beauty. Lack of infrastructure in the roads and sometimes crumbling beauty got less of our attention than the vibrant colors of the sari’s, the curves and tilework in the architecture, the graciousness of our hosts, and the exploration of all the blessings woven into the day.
